The Voice of His Gremlin:

“no one in the room cares and no one in the room trusts my ideas”

My Gremlin pulls me towards a childish state. I can see myself doing things and I think “Ah Botis, that isn’t you”.

The reality of making stuff is knowing that it’s not going to work. You have to enter the space knowing at times it’s not going to work.

I had to find this out the hard way, but my energy can impact the whole room. It’s a big responsibility, but powerful to know you can change the room if you switch up your energy.

Often the person you speak to is yourself, and you end up repeating your negative thoughts and replaying moments. Speaking to someone else adds another perspective.
